Message from the CEO — CPSR INDIA

At CPSR INDIA, we believe successful political campaigns are built on clarity, intelligence, organisation and execution. Campaigns today require more than visibility — they require a deep understanding of voters, local issues, political dynamics and organisational strength.

Our strength lies in connecting strategy with ground reality. Every constituency is different, and our campaigns are built around local intelligence, measurable objectives and disciplined execution — from the first briefing to the final phase.

Our vision is to build CPSR INDIA into a trusted, professional and institution-driven political consulting organisation, delivering sophisticated campaign solutions across India and beyond.

The war room, live

What the campaign sees every morning.

One screen, updated from the field: every booth classified, every committee verified or flagged, every rupee tracked against the booths that decide the seat.

  • Booth classification updated weekly from fresh survey data
  • Committee verification by callback, gaps shown in red
  • Spend vs. swing, so money follows the numbers
  • Readable on a phone, in the constituency's language

The problem

Most campaigns lose the same three ways.

None of these are failures of effort. They are failures of information and coordination — and both are solved before the campaign starts, not during it.

A campaign table: budget sheets, voter-list photographs, phones and a megaphone — spend without a booth mapWhere the money actually goes

Effort without data

Money is spent in booths that were never winnable, and in booths that were never in doubt. The margin is decided in the ones in between.

CPSR INDIA fix — every booth classified before a rupee is allocated.

Committees on paper

A list of panna pramukhs exists. Nobody has confirmed that they have met the voter. Turnout that was promised never materialises.

CPSR INDIA fix — every committee verified by callback to the voter.

Five vendors, five messages

The hoarding says one thing, the WhatsApp group another, and the candidate's speech a third. A candidate no one can quote is a candidate no one remembers.

CPSR INDIA fix — one message architecture, one war room, one team.

How we work

From first conversation to campaign execution

Ten steps, from a confidential briefing to the post-poll review. Brief → Assess → Strategise → Present → On

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

A confidential discussion to understand the candidate or organisation, electoral objectives, constituency, timeline, existing resources and immediate challenges.

    Listen. Understand. Define.
  2. 02

    Briefing & requirement assessment

The discussion becomes a structured campaign brief: objectives, scope, geography, deliverables, manpower and timelines.

    Define the assignment.
  3. 03

    Political & constituency assessment

Political, demographic, electoral and constituency-level information assessed to understand the operating environment and strategic requirements.

    Research before recommendation.
  4. 04

    Strategy & proposal

A customised strategic framework: campaign priorities, execution architecture, team structure, communication, field operations, monitoring and timelines.

    Build the roadmap.
  5. 05

    Presentation & discussion

Strategy, scope, deliverables, team, timelines and commercial terms presented and refined with the client.

    Align expectations.
  6. 06

    Onboarding

Command structure established, responsible team appointed, reporting channels and communication protocols defined, campaign calendar created.

    Move from plan to action.
  7. 07

    Campaign execution

Research, field operations, public outreach, digital communication, constituency management and booth-level activities executed to the approved plan.

    Strategy meets the ground.
  8. 08

    Monitoring & course correction

Structured reporting, field feedback, intelligence inputs and performance indicators — strategy and deployment adjusted where required.

    Measure. Review. Adapt.
  9. 09

    Final phase & poll-day preparedness

Intensified coordination, communication, field monitoring and polling-day preparedness according to the agreed plan.

    Execute with discipline.
  10. 10

    Review & results

Key activities, outputs, field intelligence and agreed indicators reviewed and documented to support future political and organisational planning.

Measure the work. Document the learning.

Why CPSR INDIA

Strategy built for the ground. Execution built for results.

Political campaigns require more than ideas. They require intelligence, organisation, disciplined execution and continuous adaptation. CPSR INDIA brings these capabilities together through an integrated campaign model.

Strategy + execution under one roof.

We connect political research and strategic planning with constituency-level implementation, reducing the gap between what is planned and what actually happens on the ground.

Research → Intelligence → Strategy → Organisation → Communication → Ground Execution → Monitoring

24/7

campaign war room — real-time media tracking, rapid crisis response and resource allocation

Ground-level intelligence

Research combined with field inputs, constituency mapping and grassroots feedback — a practical understanding of local political conditions.

Customised campaign architecture

Every constituency is different. Campaign structures are built around the candidate, geography, political environment, resources and objectives — not a standard template.

Our commitment

We do not simply prepare campaign plans. We build systems that allow strategy to move from the planning table to the ground.

Discuss your constituency

  3. 06Data-informed decision making

Research, surveys, field reports and campaign data converted into actionable intelligence for timely strategic decisions.

  4. 07Real-time monitoring

Structured reporting, dashboards, field feedback and regular strategic reviews — gaps identified and answered quickly.

Turning a paper committee into a verified machine

First-time candidate. 312 booths, 96 of them classified battleground.

82%committees verified
4.6 ptsvote-share movement
45days to polling

The baseline survey showed a committee list that existed on paper only. Every panna pramukh was called back through the voter, the gaps were rebuilt zone by zone, and spend was moved to the 96 battleground booths — reported weekly, gaps included.

A mid-campaign survey moved 27 booths from “safe” to “battleground”. The plan was re-cut inside a week: 38% of the remaining budget followed the numbers, and the swing in those booths carried the margin.

Testimonials

Trusted in the rooms where it matters.

Identities withheld at the client's request. Full references available under NDA.

For the first time we knew, booth by booth, where we were strong, where we were losing and where the money should go. The weekly report did not flatter us — and that is exactly why we trusted it on polling day.

Our panna committees existed on paper. CPSR INDIA called the voters. Within three weeks we knew which of them were real, and we rebuilt the rest before it mattered.

FAQ

Questions candidates ask before the first call.

If yours is not here, ask it on WhatsApp — a senior consultant replies, not a bot.

01How early should a campaign engage CPSR INDIA?

Ideally 9 to 18 months before polling. The baseline survey, booth classification and committee build take time to do properly. We do take shorter engagements, but we will tell you honestly what can and cannot be achieved in the window.

02Do you work with any party?

CPSR INDIA is a professional consultancy with no political affiliation. We do not work for opposing candidates in the same contest, and every engagement is bound by a written confidentiality agreement.

03What does a first consultation involve?

A confidential 30-minute conversation with a senior consultant about the constituency, the contest and the timeline. If we can be useful, we will say how and prepare an initial read on the seat. There is no fee and no obligation.

04Can we engage a single service rather than the full campaign?

Yes. Each of the eight verticals can be engaged on its own. They are designed to run together, but they do not have to.

05How is progress reported?

Weekly, in writing, against the plan that was signed off. Booth coverage, committee verification, survey movement and media reach are reported with the gaps shown, not hidden.

06How is pricing structured?

By scope — a single vertical, a phase, or the full cycle — and by the size of the constituency. We quote after the first conversation, in writing, with deliverables listed. There are no undisclosed media commissions.
